Return & Refund Policy – Soft Wall Studio

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged wallpaper rolls within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for a return:
- Rolls must be in original packaging
- Rolls must not be cut, installed, altered, or marked
- Labels and manufacturer markings must remain intact
- Return authorization must be requested before shipping back
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
2. Samples
All sample purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full rolls to confirm color, texture, and suitability.
3. Restocking Fees
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee:
- $40 per 15-yard roll
- $60 per 30-yard roll
Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount. These fees reflect inspection, handling, and manufacturer return costs.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Soft Wall Studio is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipment.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened rolls
- Installed wallpaper
- Cut or altered materials
- Clearance or discontinued items
- Custom or special-order products
- Samples
6. Color & Pattern Variation Disclaimer
Due to variations in screen displays, lighting, and manufacturing dye lots, color and texture may vary slightly.
We strongly recommend ordering sufficient quantity at one time and reviewing a sample prior to installation.
Soft Wall Studio is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to color variation when samples were not ordered.
7. Inspection & Damages
Customers must inspect all merchandise upon delivery.
Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of claim.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, orders fall under the return policy above.
10. Commercial Use Disclaimer
Our wallcoverings are commercial-grade materials. Proper installation by a professional installer is strongly recommended.
Soft Wall Studio is not responsible for installation errors, surface preparation issues, or labor costs associated with returned materials.
Agreement to Terms
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy, including applicable restocking fees.
