1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Soft Wall Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.
4. Large & Commercial Orders
Large or bulk wallpaper orders may require freight shipping.
In such cases, customers may be contacted to confirm shipping arrangements and associated costs prior to dispatch.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Customers must inspect all packages upon delivery.
If a package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Soft Wall Studio is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Soft Wall Studio is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Additional shipping charges may apply to reship returned packages.
7. International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Soft Wall Studio is not responsible for customs delays.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain locations where delivery cannot be safely or reliably completed.
